JK’s serves only the finest meats, aged in-house for over 30 days and cut by our own “In-House” butcher Mac Magruder. JK’s beef and signature ribs come exclusively from the Midwest, providing the restaurant with a product that has superior marbling, tenderness and flavor without artificial stimulants.

JK’s Restaurant was established in 1984 by JK Norfleet. His lifelong love of good food and vision of a restaurant that would be an extension of his home provided the underpinnings of the original. Now dividing his time between Manteo and Arizona, Norfleet still keeps his hand in the restaurant by planning menus, developing recipes, and sharing his abundant wine knowledge.
JK’s wine list embraces the restaurant’s long standing tradition of offering a exceptional selection of fine wines in every price range. JK Norfleet believes that an excellent, fair-priced bottle of wine be enjoyed with the restaurant’s varied menu.
